Endeavor HCBS is a trusted resource in the community with vetted, trained, and respected Direct Support Professionals to fulfill the needs of special needs individuals and families throughout Arizona.
Endeavor's mission is to serve and enrich the lives of our Clients, our Staff, and the Community. We offer services in the manner we would want our own loved ones cared for. We are inclusive. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view. We believe in neurodiversity. Therefore, our Care Coordinators work hard to recruit and develop each Endeavor Direct Support Professional (DSP). Our DSP hires are trained with essential disability knowledge, ethical practices, and learn the significance of longevity, independence, and inclusion.
Attendant Care (ATC) Service: Attendant Care (ATC) Service offers essential personal care assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they can lead dignified and independent lives. This service includes help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management. By providing compassionate and skilled attendants, Endeavor HCBS enables individuals to remain in their homes, fostering a sense of security and community integration. This service not only supports the individual but also alleviates stress on family members, enhancing overall family well-being.
Habilitation (HAH) Service: Habilitation (HAH) Service focuses on developing and maintaining skills that allow individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently. This service includes personalized training in areas such as communication, social skills, personal care, and community involvement. Endeavor HCBS works closely with each individual to create tailored programs that promote personal growth and self-sufficiency. By empowering individuals with the tools they need to succeed, this service contributes to a more inclusive and supportive community.
Respite (RSP) Service: Respite (RSP) Service provides temporary relief for primary caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities. This service ensures that caregivers have the opportunity to rest and recharge, knowing their loved ones are in safe and capable hands. Whether for a few hours or several days, Endeavor HCBS offers flexible respite care options that cater to the specific needs of each family. By supporting caregivers, this service helps prevent burnout and ensures the continued provision of high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Parents as Paid Caregivers (PPCG) Service: Parents as Paid Caregivers (PPCG) Service allows parents of children with developmental disabilities to receive compensation for the care they provide at home. This program recognizes the critical role parents play in the daily care and support of their children, offering financial assistance that can alleviate some of the economic pressures associated with caregiving. Endeavor HCBS provides training and support to ensure parents can deliver high-quality care, enhancing the overall quality of life for both the child and the family. This service promotes family stability and acknowledges the invaluable contributions of parental caregivers.
