Bill's Grill has been treating Prescott to flavorful, high-quality food since 2011 when our Founder, Bill Tracy, created an innovative menu inspired by his culinary training in Thailand and Oaxaca, Mexico. This fusion of Eastern and Western flavors using beef ground in-house daily and the highest quality ingredients, along with a curated selection of craft and local beers, has made Bill's Grill a Prescott favorite. Locally owned, we also offer seafood, chicken, and vegan options in addition to handspun milkshakes. Tuesday is Family Day where kids eat free + all day Happy Hour. Weekday Happy Hour 2:30-5:30pm.
