Sir Speedy Print, Signs, Marketing

Our business has been using Sir Speedy for all of our marketing materials, business cards, stationary, window signs, etc. for the past several years.
Sir Speedy has always been quick, creative and attentive in assisting us with our needs. Whether we have needed top-notch printing or a fully developed and integrated marketing campaign Sir Speedy has always delivered for us!

Senior citizens are constantly being bombarded with the right concerns and actions to prevent fraud and identity theft. I recently took a few past years of documents that contained"My Life", to be shredded at Prescott facility. I would think that Sir Speedy, as a corporation, would a have much better customer service posture and equipped with stronger processes to make sure that their customers have no worries about theft of their information after they leave their shredding. I saw nothing but a very small locked garbage can in the office filled with sensitive materials being used. Then I was told it goes into another vehicle then taken down to Phoenix for shredding. Ok... but what is there to prevent anyone from handling that material, snapping photos on ones phone and then selling the info? I have to think of stronger passwords all the time on my accounts. Can't this company come up with something stronger also?

This store handles Blueprints and any copying or printing service you might need.They are great supporters of the community and the service is A+.I would not take a job anywhere else!

I am sure Kathy knows how crucial is to stay connected and since she is dealing with people from the California Office is difficult sometimes to get approvals from out of town or out of state.

I recently went to A & E Reprographics. The graphic designer did an elegant design that represents my business image in one day, spot on. When I the proof it went to press and two days later it was on my desk, not 6 weeks later. Sir Speedy had to Outsource my project and it and it came out less than desirable multiple times. The price was half that of Sir Speedy and the quality of the finished product was superior. I recommend A & E Reprographics highly! I was treated with courtesy and respect and they provided great customer service!

I called into the store before I drove there and she was so friendly and made sure I knew where they were located, I like that. We then arrived and the great customer service continued, she got up from behind the desk and walked out she said she could help us retrieve our bags we needed shredded! Very efficient and friendly! Its amazing what great customer service does for the customer makes us feel good! Thank you keep it up.
