Our business focuses on building relationships! It is our goal to serve our clients before, during, and long after their real estate transaction. We are looking to make life long friends and be a staple in the Prescott community. We left California in 2018 in search of a better quality of life, which would also leave us more money in our pockets on the regular as a result of a lower cost to live. We like to say we specialize in relocation and homebuilding, since we literally walked it step by step ourselves with NO IDEA of what we were doing. We also specialize in NO PRESSURE sales. We won't door knock, cold-call, or "stock" potential clients. We provide value our clients find helpful, and take comfort in knowing our integrity, ethics, friendliness, area expertise and easy going characteristics will bring you to us when the time is right!

We just cannot say enough about our experience with The Cook Team. We recently visited the Prescott area and fell in love with the "hometown" feel. So much so, we are now considering retirement property in the area. Troy and Kari spent time showing us so many options from gated community homes with views of the Granite Dell Mountains to some beautiful open property homes in Prescott Valley. They even took us to see some downtown history as well as a quick hike around the beautiful nearby Goldwater Lake.
This was by far our best realtor experience and we highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a home in beautiful Prescott.

Kari and Troy went out of their way to take my wife and I all around the Prescott area to show us the different areas to make sure we understood the choices we had. They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the different dynamics of each of each of the communities. Was such a pleasure working with them!!!!!

If you are looking for a realtor, you would be lucky to work with the Troy and Kari Cook Team. We were and we can't say enough good things them. They were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying process. They helped us find other experts who were able to answer roofing, foundation and finance questions. They were supportive and encouraging as we encountered hurdles in the path to our closing. They listened to what we wanted in a home and recommended ones they thought we might be interested in. We now know them as friends in our new city.
